"Have used this service a couple of times and fee includes, meet and greet. However drivers want you to meet them thereby saving them money in parking costs so no need to provide a tip.
However, drivers on time and courteous.
Be aware that cancelling is very expensive, only receiving 10% of the fee, even if cancelling days beforehand. "
